Why is Inside Scouting different from all other events?
Because it brings together a diverse panel of top-level professionals (Sporting Directors, Heads of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Heads of Scouting, Heads of Data and agents) who share concrete experiences and complementary expertise on every stage of transfer operations.
It is not a "monolithic" conference, but a high-level exchange that combines strategic vision and practical tools to make better decisions.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the event?
Yes. At the end of the conference we will provide a personalized digital certificate (PDF) stating the dates, total hours and event title. It is valid for your CV/LinkedIn and, if needed, we can also provide it in English.
Will there be translation for non-Italian participants?
Yes. Speeches delivered in Italian will be simultaneously translated into English for international attendees, with ITA↔ENG support also available during Q&A and moderation.
I am an aspiring scout. Does Inside Scouting guarantee me a job in football?
No. No event or course can guarantee you a job.
